Buckwheat Waffles with Bacon
Savory buckwheat waffles served with fried eggs and salad, perfect for brunch.
Ingredients
buckwheat flour

flour
100 g
salt
1 pinch
eggs (separate whites and yolks)

1 packet
water
1 cup
dry white wine

bacon (cut into thin slices)

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients
Combine the flour and salt in a bowl.

Prepare the eggs
Beat the eggs, separate the whites, and add the yolks to the flour mixture.

Add the leavening
Dissolve the baking powder in 1 cup of water, then stir it into the mixture along with the white wine.

Add the butter
Melt the butter over low heat, then stir it into the batter.

Prepare the bacon
Cut the bacon into thin slices.

Whip the egg whites
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the batter.
