Cleverly Washing Travel Shoes
A method for cleaning travel shoes: remove oil stains, soak, scrub, treat with a vinegar-and-water solution to prevent yellowing, and air-dry in the shade.
Ingredients
solvent gasoline

laundry detergent
to taste
rice vinegar
a pinch
water (30°C warm water)
to taste
Instructions

De-greasing and Soaking
First use solvent gasoline to remove oil stains, then soak the travel shoes in clean water for 3-5 minutes.

Scrubbing
Dissolve the laundry detergent completely in 30°C warm water, then put the soaked shoes into the solution and scrub repeatedly until clean.

Rinsing
Rinse several times with clean water. For white shoes, add a pinch of rice vinegar during the final rinse to prevent yellowing after drying.

Drying
Use a dry towel to absorb the water inside the shoes, then place them in a cool, ventilated area to air-dry.
