Hot Black Tea Cocktail (Rum)
Mellow rum is mixed with milk and black tea, topped with a float of fresh cream.

Black tea (Dimbula or Kandy)
80 ml
Rum
20 ml
Milk
20 ml
Syrup
15 ml

Step 1
Pour 20 ml of rum into a glass.

Then add the milk, followed by the syrup.

Pour the black tea from above and stir gently.
