Jasmine flowers (picked in the morning, used when they open in the evening) precise ratio

Instructions

1

Picking and Storage

Pick fresh jasmine flowers in the morning and store them in a low-temperature environment during the day.

2

Scenting

When the jasmine flowers open in the evening, layer them with the tea leaves in a precise ratio and allow the tea to absorb the fragrance for about 4 hours.

3

Repeated Scenting

For standard-grade tea, repeat the layering and fragrance-absorbing process 2-3 times; for premium tea, repeat 7 times. The entire process takes about 1 month.

4

Roasting and Finishing

Re-roast the tea to remove excess moisture. The jasmine flowers can be removed or blended back into the tea to enhance visual appeal.
