Mulberry Honey Paste
Made by simmering mulberries down to a concentrate, then stirring in honey and reducing to a paste. Traditionally used to nourish the liver and kidneys and to support hearing and eyesight.
Ingredients
Fresh mulberries (washed and decocted)
1000 g (500 g if dried)
Honey (added after concentration)

Step 1
Wash the mulberries, add an appropriate amount of water, and decoct. Strain the decoction every 30 minutes, add fresh water, and decoct again. Repeat this process two times in total.

Step 2
Combine the decoctions and simmer over low heat to concentrate until thick and sticky. Add the honey, bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Let it cool before bottling.
