Oat 'Fish Egg' Noodles

Oat 'Fish Egg' Noodles

Ingredients

oat flour 500 g
soy sauce 50 g
sesame paste 25 g
vinegar 10 g
garlic 10 g
mustard 5 g

Instructions

Step 1

Place the oat flour into a pot of warm water and stir evenly with a wooden stick. Scoop it out onto a board to cool slightly, then rub it into strips by hand.

Step 2

Pinch off a small piece with your right hand and place it on the palm of your left hand, then press it into a cup shape with your right thumb, resembling a cat's ear. Once all of them are shaped, steam them together for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Remove from the steamer and place in a bowl, then pour the well-mixed sauce over the top.
