Suit and Tie
Father's Day gift: a push-up cake decorated with a shirt, bow tie, and tie made from fondant.
Ingredients
Vanilla push pop (filled and piped with chocolate buttercream frosting)

white 25 g, red 35 g
White royal icing
20 g
Instructions

Step 1
Make the collar: Roll out the white fondant to about 6 mm thick. Cut out a long strip with slanted ends at both sides. Shape the collar into a circle and place it on top of the push pop, which has been piped with frosting.

Make the tie: Roll out the red fondant to about 4 mm thick (slightly thinner than the collar). Use a sharp utility knife to cut out the tie shape.

Fill a piping bag with royal icing and pipe diagonal stripes across the tie. Let it dry for several hours or overnight.

Step 4
Place the tie just below the collar so that the tail of the tie drapes down over the push pop container.
