Kiwi (sliced)
Dragon fruit (sliced)
Lemon (curled slices)
Black sesame
Potato starch (extruded into strips)
Soft candy

Step 1
Extrude the potato starch into strips, skewer on the kiwi and dragon fruit slices, curl the lemon slices and arrange them alongside.
