Ingredients

green asparagus (boil for 2-4 minutes, then transfer to ice water to cool) 1500 g
salad 1 pack
peanut powder a pinch
toasted white sesame seeds a pinch
romaine lettuce (finely shred, soak in ice water, and drain) half a head
roasted nori sheets (toast, then cut in half) 1 pack

Instructions

1

Boil the asparagus

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the asparagus for about 2-4 minutes.

2

Cool the asparagus

Lift out the asparagus, immediately place it in ice water to cool, and refrigerate until needed.

3

Prepare the lettuce

Finely shred the romaine, soak it in ice water for about 5 minutes, drain well, and refrigerate to keep it crisp.

4

Prepare the nori

Toast the whole nori sheet in the oven, then cut it in half. Trim each asparagus spear to the same width as the nori sheet.

5

Assemble the rolls

Place half a sheet of toasted nori in your palm, add 5-6 asparagus spears, salad, peanut powder, white sesame seeds, and shredded romaine, then roll it up and serve.
