Steaming

Divide the 8g of cordyceps evenly among the 8 quails, placing each portion inside a quail's cavity. Tie each quail tightly with string, place them in a steamer basket, add salt, ground white pepper, and chicken broth. Seal the steamer with wax paper, then steam for approximately 40 minutes. Remove the quails from the steamer, take off the wax paper, and the dish is ready.
