Ginger 5 g
Salt to taste
Medicinal herbs (washed)
Pig stomach (trim off the fat, wash, and scrub clean with salt)
Lean pork (washed and cut into pieces)

Wash the medicinal herbs. Trim off the fat from the pig stomach, wash it well, then scrub it clean with salt. Rinse the lean pork and cut it into pieces.

2

Blanching

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add the lean pork and pig stomach to blanch away any surface blood, then lift them out and rinse clean.

3

Slow Simmering

Place all ingredients into a clay pot, add fresh cold water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer gently for 3 hours. Season to taste and serve.
