Nougat and Grape Peach Panini
An autumn dessert panini filled with quinces and nougat.

grated nougat
grape peaches (peeled and cut into chunks, not too thick)

Instructions

Prepare the nougat
Grate the nougat and place it in a small bowl.

Prepare the peaches
Peel the peaches and cut them into chunks that are not too thick.

Assemble the panini
Place the peach chunks into the bread or brioche.

Add the nougat
Sprinkle the grated nougat over the peach pieces.
