Da Tuanyuan is a Beijing cuisine dish with a light, fragrant, and appetizing flavor. Rich in vitamin C, it is plated with an assortment of fruits and vegetables.

Instructions

Slice the ingredients
Slice 2/3 of the tomato and the yellow lemon; set aside.

Dice the vegetables
Dice the bell peppers and bread cubes; set aside.

Chop the toppings
Finely chop the remaining 1/3 of the yellow lemon, the pumpkin seeds, and the chervil; set aside.

Arrange the border
Arrange the tomato and yellow lemon slices from step 1 alternately around the edge of a porcelain plate.

Fill the center
Place the diced bell peppers, bread cubes, pea sprouts, and rock samphire from step 2 in the center of the plate, according to personal preference.

Garnish and serve
Sprinkle the chopped yellow lemon, pumpkin seeds, and chervil over the top to finish.
