Cool, rich, and creamy peanut butter tarts that are easy to prepare, perfect as a dessert after a fast food meal.

frozen whipped topping (thawed, divided)
1 carton (8 ounces)
individual graham cracker tart shells
10 to 12
cold milk
1 cup
peanut butter
2/3 cup
instant vanilla pudding mix
1 package (3.4 ounces)
grape jelly

Prepare shells
Spoon a tablespoonful of whipped topping into the bottom of each tart shell; set aside.

Make filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add dry pudding mix; beat 1 minute. Fold in remaining whipped topping.

Assemble tarts
Spoon about 1/2 cup filling into each shell. Chill. Just before serving, top each with 1/2 teaspoon jelly. Leftovers may be frozen.
