Royal Jelly with Codonopsis and Astragalus Drink
A nourishing drink made by dissolving royal jelly in honey, then blending it with a ginseng and astragalus decoction.
Ingredients
royal jelly
1 g
Codonopsis root (washed and sliced)
15 g
astragalus root (washed and sliced)
15 g
honey (for dissolving the royal jelly)
to taste
Instructions

Cook the herbal roots
Wash the Codonopsis and astragalus roots and slice them. Place them in an aluminum pot, add enough water to cover, bring to a boil, and cook for 1 hour. Strain the decoction and collect it in a cup.

Mix in the royal jelly
Dissolve the royal jelly in the honey, then stir it into the decoction until evenly combined.
