Instructions

Prep
Clean the black sea cucumber, cut the scallions into 2-inch lengths, heat the wok, add the scallions and stir-fry until fragrant.

Braising
Add cooking wine, soy sauce, and sugar, put in the black sea cucumber and braise until it is flavorful and soft and glutinous.

Thickening and Plating
Use a water-starch slurry to thicken the sauce, then transfer the dish to a serving plate.
