red chili peppers (cut into segments) 50 g
green chili peppers (cut into segments) 50 g
cooking wine 4 g
soy sauce 3 g
MSG 2 g

Instructions

1

Preparation

Remove the skin from the whole cured pork and slice it. Cut the red and green chili peppers into segments.

2

Blanching and Stir-frying

Bring water to a boil in a pot and blanch the cured pork briefly, then remove. In a separate wok, heat oil, then add the fermented black beans, dried chili peppers, and fresh chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the cured pork, cooking wine, soy sauce, MSG, and chicken broth, bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 10 minutes until the sauce reduces. Plate and serve.
