vanilla mini cupcakes

strawberry jam (loaded into a squeeze bottle)
to taste
vanilla buttercream frosting

fresh large strawberries

Step 1
Assemble the push-up pop. First, place one vanilla mini cupcake inside and pipe a bit of strawberry jam. Fill a piping bag with vanilla buttercream frosting and pipe a ring of frosting on top of the jam.

Repeat step 1 and pipe an extra tall layer of frosting on top.

Top each push-up pop with a juicy fresh strawberry for decoration.
