Banana Boat
Push-pop version of the classic banana boat dessert, layered with banana, vanilla ice cream, and hot chocolate sauce.
Ingredients
banana

vanilla ice cream
1 pint
hot chocolate sauce (see Mocha Rhapsody recipe above)
1 cup
candy sprinkles
to taste
maraschino cherries
to taste

Preparation
Cut the bananas into 1-inch thick slices.

Assembly
Place a banana slice at the bottom of a push-pop mold. Top with 2 tablespoons of vanilla ice cream. Then drizzle with a layer of hot chocolate sauce. Repeat the layering until filled. Garnish each with candy sprinkles and a cherry.
