Instructions
Basic Cake Preparation
First use a European-style scraper to scrape out a round base with textured pattern, pipe line-shaped fruit paste decoration on the side of the cake, then pipe a lace border at the bottom and edge; next pipe branch shapes onto the surface of the cake.
Pipe the Sheep's Body
Use a small round piping tip to pipe out the body parts of the cartoon sheep.
Pipe the Back Legs
Pipe the cartoon sheep's back legs at the rear of the body.
Pipe the Front Legs
Pipe the cartoon sheep's front legs below the front of the body.
Pipe the Sheep's Head and Tail
Pipe the sheep's head at the upper end above the front legs, and pipe out the sheep's tail.
Refine the Sheep's Head
Use fine piping of fresh cream to add dynamic details to the cartoon sheep's head, and pipe out the sheep's ears.
Pipe the Horns and Hooves
Use fresh cream to pipe out the cartoon sheep's horns, and use chocolate paste to decorate the hooves.
Refine the Facial Details
Use chocolate paste to decorate the ears, eyes, mouth, and whiskers on the sheep's head; the cartoon sheep is now complete.
