Chocolate Flower Baskets
Edible flower basket container made from chocolate in a mold.
Ingredients
chocolate (melted)
125 g
plastic foam wrapper or baking paper (12 cm squares)

Step 1
Cut the plastic foam wrapper or baking paper into 4 squares, each 12 cm.

Step 2
Melt 125 g of chocolate to make 4 baskets in total; thinly spread a layer of chocolate onto each of the 4 sheets, leaving a narrow border.

Step 3
Pinch the uncoated corners of the paper and gently nestle the chocolate-lined paper into a small empty bowl, or a wide-mouthed cup or stemmed glass.

Step 4
Place the bowl in the refrigerator until the chocolate is set, then carefully peel away the paper.
