Push pops (pre-filled and topped high with buttercream using a 1cm round piping tip) 3
Fondant yellow 50g, red 50g, black 75g, white 6g
Almond slices 4 slices
White pearl dust to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Roll out the yellow, red, and black fondant to 2mm thick. Use a 7cm round cutter to cut out one circle from each color. Gently drape over the push pops and smooth to form a dome.

Step 2

Make the bee: Roll out the remaining black fondant and cut a 7cm circle. Cut into 1cm-wide stripes, with one strip having a curved edge for the face. Use water to adhere to the yellow push pop. Take 2g of white fondant, roll into balls for eyes, attach with water, and draw pupils with a food coloring pen. Insert almond slices into the middle of the body for wings.

Step 3

Make the ladybug: Roll out the remaining black fondant and cut a 7cm circle. Cut off one strip with a curved edge for the face, and cut six 1cm dots from the rest. Use water to attach the face and dots to the red push pop. Make the eyes the same way as the bee.

Step 4

Make the beetle: Use the side of a toothpick to press shallow lines on the black push pop to create wing casings. Brush with white pearl dust for a glossy finish. Make the eyes the same way as the bee.
