Fondant Drops
Method for making fondant drops by squeezing fondant mixture into small balls.
Ingredients
fondant mixture (heated to 150°F (65°C))
to taste
cornstarch (for dusting)
to taste
Instructions

Heating
Heat the fondant mixture to 150°F (65°C).

Piping
Load the fondant into a parchment paper cone or piping bag, and pipe small rounds onto a baking tray lined with silicone paper or dusted with cornstarch.

Storage
Once set, lift the drops off and store in a dry place to enjoy as small sweets.
