Rainbow Radiance
A dazzling rainbow push-pop cake with spectacular colors, bright enough to lift even the gloomiest day.
Ingredients
Mini vanilla cupcakes (6 each dyed red, yellow, blue, and green)
24 pieces
Vanilla buttercream frosting
1 portion
Rainbow sprinkles
to taste

Step 1
First, cut each colored cupcake horizontally in half

Assemble the push pops, first place the red cake half. Fill a piping bag with vanilla buttercream frosting, pipe a circle of frosting on the cake

Next add the yellow cake half, then blue cake half, finally the green cake half, pipe frosting between each layer, and pipe a generous amount of frosting on top

Decorate the top of the push pops with rainbow sprinkles
