Fresh red dates (washed) 20 pcs
Apple (peeled and cut into small pieces) 1
Rock sugar to taste

Instructions

Prepare Ingredients

Wash the red dates and apples clean, then scald them briefly with boiling water and set aside.

Stew Red Dates

Put the red dates into a stew pot, add water, and stew over low heat until they are completely soft and tender.

Make Apple Puree

Peel the apple, cut it into small pieces, and put them into a blender to blend into a puree.
