Sugar-Blown Fruit
Wrap the pulled sugar around a blow pipe, inflate it by blowing, and shape it by hand into hollow fruit forms.

Instructions
Preparing the sugar body
Press a small hollow into the hot pulled sugar mass, insert the end of the blowing tube, and press the sugar firmly around the tube opening to create an airtight seal.
Blowing and shaping
Slowly inflate the sugar while shaping it into a fruit with your fingers. When making round fruits (such as apples), keep the tube tilted upward to prevent the sugar from stretching into a pear shape; when making elongated fruits (such as bananas), gently pull on the sugar as you blow.
Cooling and setting
If any part of the sugar wall becomes too thin, use a fan to cool and harden that spot locally. Once the desired shape and size are achieved, use the fan to cool the piece until it is completely hardened.
