Mix the liquids

Pour the vanilla creamer powder, vanilla syrup, fresh milk, and sugar syrup into a pot in order and stir until evenly combined. Place the pot inside a larger pot filled with ice water to cool, then pour the vanilla mixture into an ice shaver/slush machine.
