Use Designer Prints decorative paper to make the tie and hat, filling the hat interior with cereal crisps for support.

Fondant

Rice cereal treats (for hat base)

Instructions

Make the hat base
Use rice cereal treats to form a rough hat shape, then cover with a thick layer of fondant.

Decorate the hat
Apply Designer Prints™ decals onto the fondant as needed. Use the natural lines of the diamond pattern as a guide for placing individual cut strips.

Make the tie
This tie is also made using Designer Prints™ decorative paper applied onto fondant.

Finishing touches
Finally, attach the Golf Assortment Dec-Ons® decorations.
