Frosting
Use a piping tip to pipe a large mound of blue or green frosting onto the cupcakes, then smooth the surface.

Making the Edges
Use a #8 piping tip to pipe a ring of irregular borders around the base of the frosting mound.

Piping Facial Features
Use a #3 round tip to pipe facial features.

Decorating
Use a #3 piping tip and royal blue frosting to pipe text on the side of the cake, and finally attach the Monster Assortment Dec-Ons® decorations.
