Oreo Cheesecake
No-bake Oreo cheesecake push pops, perfect for baby showers, bridal showers, and birthday celebrations.
Ingredients
Oreo cookie crumbs
2 cups
butter (melted)
4 tbsp
cheesecake filling
1 box (24 oz)
mini Oreo cookies (or more cookie crumbs, for garnish)
to taste

Make the crust
Mix the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Place 1 to 2 tablespoons of the Oreo crumb mixture in the bottom of a push-pop mold.

Assemble
Place the cheesecake filling in a large resealable bag and snip off one corner. Pipe a ring of cheesecake filling over the Oreo crumb layer. Repeat layering until filled. Pipe a ring of cheesecake filling on top. Garnish with mini Oreo cookies or more cookie crumbs. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
