Alpine-style panini with mountain sausage and Franche-Comté cancoillotte cheese sauce.

Morteau sausage (sliced thin)

Instructions

Slice the sausage
Cut the Morteau sausage into thin slices.

Open the bread
Cut the bread in half and add the sausage slices.

Add the sauce
Top with cancoillotte cheese sauce.

Heat and serve hot with a green leaf salad.
