Passion Fruit Honey Date Drink
Using passion fruit a friend gave me, I prepared honey dates again today. After boiling the honey dates, I added water to the sugar remaining in the pot and heated it until the sugar melted once more, creating a sweet honey date drink. Combined with the passion fruit, it becomes wonderfully fragrant and refreshing.
Ingredients

Scoop the cooked honey dates out.

Add 3 cups of clear water to the pot, bring to a boil, and dissolve the sugar.

Let the cooked honey date water cool slightly.

Remove the seeds from the passion fruit.

Add the honey date water and passion fruit to a blender and blend briefly.

Blend for about 30 seconds.

Strain out the seeds, and you will have a delicious passion fruit honey date drink.
