Pink Champagne Sorbet Drink
An elegant, refreshing champagne-flavored frozen dessert, ideal for baby showers or bridal showers.
Ingredients
lemon sorbet (softened)
1 quart
raspberry sorbet (softened)
1/2 pint
champagne
2 cup
lemon zest
1 tsp
fresh raspberries
1 pint

Prepare
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened lemon sorbet and raspberry sorbet. Add the champagne and lemon zest. Stir until well mixed, then place in the freezer for at least 1 hour.

Assemble
After freezing, scoop the champagne mixture into push-pop molds. Cover with lids and return to the freezer until ready to serve. Garnish with fresh raspberries just before serving.
