Instructions

Spray-paint the transfer sheet
Spray-paint the Safari Zebra Designer Prints™ transfer sheet with neon colors and let it dry.

Cut and apply
Once dry, cut the paper and apply it onto the bright-colored iced cookies so it really stands out.

Place Hottie Hearts Dec-Ons® decorations on the matching fondant plaques as the finishing touch.
