Banana Cream Pie
Southern-style banana cream pie push pops, perfect for a baby welcome party, with a silky smooth texture.

instant banana cream pudding mix
1 packet
milk
1-1/2 cup
cream cheese (room temperature)
4 oz
sour cream
4 oz
ripe bananas

mini vanilla wafers
to taste
whipped cream topping
to taste

Make the Filling
In a stand mixer bowl, combine the pudding mix, milk, cream cheese, and sour cream, and beat until smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Transfer the chilled banana cream filling into a large resealable bag and snip off one corner. Slice the bananas thinly.

Assembly
Place 3 mini vanilla wafers in the bottom of a push-pop mold. Pipe the banana cream filling over the wafer layer. Add a layer of banana slices. Repeat layering until full. Garnish with whipped cream topping and a mini wafer.
