Bountiful Bouquet
The perfect Mother's Day gift: a push-pop cake decorated with sugar flower petunias, presented as an edible bouquet.
Ingredients
Lemon filling push pops (filled and iced)

Light blue petal paste
100 g
Blue pearl dust (food grade)
to taste
Instructions

Step 1
Roll the light blue petal paste very thin. Use a petunia cutter to cut out nine flowers. Place each flower into an impression mold and gently close it to press out the texture and shape. Place the flowers into the wells of a paint palette to dry for several hours or overnight.

Step 2
After drying, use a small paintbrush to apply edible pearl dust to each flower, starting from the center and working outward toward the petal edges so the color fades toward the edges.

Place three petunia flowers on top of each decorated push pop.
