Cream buns (Devon splits)
Soft sweet buns made from a basic round-bun dough, split and filled with jam and cream.
Ingredients
Basic bun dough
1 recipe
raspberry jam
whipped fresh cream
icing sugar (Dust liberally)
Instructions

Cut
When the buns are cold, cut 3/4 through the top.

Fill Jam
Pipe in a bulb of raspberry jam.

Fill Cream
Pipe in a bulb of whipped fresh cream.

Dust
Dust liberally with icing sugar.
