Fresh Fruit Salad with Creamy Dressing

Story

This simple yet elegant fruit salad transforms ordinary fruit into something special with just a few simple techniques. The ball-shaped cuts not only look beautiful but also help the dressing coat each piece evenly.

Ingredients

watermelon 2 cups, cut into small balls
dragon fruit 1 medium, cut into balls
apple 1 medium, cut into balls
banana 2 ripe, sliced into rounds
strawberries 1 cup, halved
cherries 1/2 cup, pitted
tangerine 2 segmented
light mayonnaise or creamy salad dressing 3 tablespoons

Instructions

1

Prepare the fruit

Wash all fruits thoroughly. Cut the watermelon, dragon fruit, and apple into bite-sized ball shapes using a melon baller or small scoop. Slice the bananas into even rounds. Hull and halve the strawberries. Peel and segment the tangerines.

2

Combine in a bowl

Gently place all the prepared fruits into a large mixing bowl. Toss lightly to combine without bruising the softer fruits like strawberries and bananas.

3

Add the dressing

Drizzle the light mayonnaise or creamy dressing over the fruit. Use a gentle folding motion to coat each piece evenly without mashing the fruit. Serve immediately for best texture.
