Tricolor Quinoa Shrimp Salad

I recently picked up tricolor quinoa and put together a salad with a Western-style twist. The texture is pleasant, the colors are vibrant, and the presentation is beautiful — wouldn't you agree? Wholesome ingredients, full of nutrition.

Salad (色拉/沙拉/沙律) is a transliteration of the English word and generally falls into three categories: fruit salad, vegetable salad, and other varieties. Vegetable salad originated in the West and is typically made with leafy green lettuce, often combined with radish, cucumber, or tomato and served with dressing.
