Stir the eggs and sugar-salt water together until evenly combined.

Add the sifted flour to the egg liquid in batches until it forms a batter.

Pan-fry the egg batter into a pancake. You can reserve a little bit of the egg batter to patch up any cracks that accidentally form when flipping it.

Mix the apples, vegetable oil, white sugar, and brown sugar together, then stir-fry until cooked.

Be careful not to leave the filling too wet while stir-frying, to prevent the sugar syrup from leaking out when rolling.
