Tender apple slices are simmered in golden honey until perfectly softened, then wrapped tightly in a delicate pastry wrapper and fried to a gorgeous golden brown. Ingredients

apple 1 piece
egg 2 pieces
flour as needed
salt as needed
white sugar as needed
brown sugar as needed
vegetable oil as needed

Instructions

Stir the eggs and sugar-salt water together until evenly combined.

Add the sifted flour to the egg liquid in batches until it forms a batter.

Pan-fry the egg batter into a pancake. You can reserve a little bit of the egg batter to patch up any cracks that accidentally form when flipping it.
