Honey Steamed Chestnuts
Autumn brings the fragrance of chestnuts. My little one loves sugar-roasted chestnuts most of all—how I miss him.

Wash the chestnuts.

Dry the water.

Use an opener to cut openings.

Place them with the opening facing up in the steamer.

Bring to a boil on high heat and steam for 15 minutes.
