Orange Bubble Candy
Make orange bubble candy discs with glucose and sugar syrup for decoration.
Ingredients
glucose
200 g
fondant
800 g
strawberry red food coloring
to taste
lemon yellow food coloring
to taste

Step 1
Cook the glucose and fondant to 155°C, then add the food coloring.

Immediately pour the mixture onto special bubble candy paper, spreading it as thinly and evenly as possible. Seal and store.
