Step 1
Assemble the push-up pops. Start by placing one chocolate mini cupcake inside. Fill a piping bag with the pink rose buttercream and pipe a ring of frosting onto the cupcake.

Repeat Step 1, then pipe another tall, towering layer of frosting on top.

Cut the Turkish delight into 12 small pieces, then cut each piece in half diagonally. Place two halves of Turkish delight on top of each push-up pop, leaning against each other so they stand upright.
