Royal Milk Tea
A black tea beverage prepared with flaming spirits and milk.
Ingredients
Black tea
to taste
Western liquor (light, high-quality, high-proof)
a pinch
Sugar cube

Pure milk
about 4 ml
Instructions

Prepare the tea broth
Brew the black tea with boiling water, strain out the tea broth, and set it aside.

Flame the liquor
Hold a small amount of the Western liquor in a tablespoon together with a sugar cube, ignite the sugar cube for about one minute, then pour the flaming mixture into the milk tea cup.

Combine and serve
Add the brewed black tea broth, then pour in about 4 ml of pure milk, stir well, and it is ready to drink.
