Delicious Seafood Pizza
A seafood pizza made with red snapper, lobster, and cheese.
Ingredients
pizza dough
100 g
mozzarella cheese
100 g
tomato sauce
50 g
lobster

red snapper fillet, sliced
to taste
oregano
to taste
salt
to taste
sliced black olives
to taste
olive oil
to taste
Instructions

Prepare the fish
Slice the red snapper fillet and set it aside.

Prepare the dough
Roll the pizza dough into a 5 mm thick base and place it in an oiled baking tray. Spread the tomato sauce over it.

Add the toppings
Add the sliced red snapper, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese, salt, and oregano evenly over the top. Drizzle with a little olive oil.

Bake
Bake in the oven at 250°C for 5 minutes.

Garnish
Remove from the oven, drizzle with a little olive oil, and garnish with sliced black olives and oregano.
