Sweet corn kernels 1 cup
Cucumber 1/2 cup, diced
Carrot 1/2 cup, diced
Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon

Wash the cucumber and carrot thoroughly. Peel the carrot if desired. Cut both the cucumber and carrot into small, uniform cubes about the size of the corn kernels for even cooking.
