Put the milk, condensed milk, and cheese slices into a milk pot.

Heat over low heat, stirring with a manual hand whisk so that the cheese slices melt faster.

Turn off the heat once the cheese slices have melted, add the gelatin sheets soaked in cold water in advance, and continue stirring until the gelatin sheets are fully melted.

Strain the well-mixed liquid, pour it into a container, place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours, and it is ready.
