Layered Chocolate Sticks
Brush the surface of the baked puff pastry strips with melted chocolate and coat with chocolate sprinkles.

puff pastry sheets
1 serving
chocolate (chopped, melted over a double boiler)
as needed
chocolate sprinkles
as needed

Shaping and Baking
Cut and bake the pastry the same way as the layered almond sticks, but skip the almond sugar topping on the surface.

Decoration
Chop the chocolate and melt it over a double boiler, then spread it over the puff sticks. Sprinkle some chocolate sprinkles on top and let cool.
