potatoes (peeled and cubed)

butter
50 g
milk
a pinch

Boil the potatoes
Boil the potatoes until soft. Drain.

Mash
Add the butter and a pinch of milk and mash into a smooth puree. Season to taste and transfer to a serving dish.
