Whole milk 1 cup
Canned mixed fruit in syrup 1 cup (drained, syrup reserved)
Fresh honeydew or cantaloupe 1 cup, cut into bite-sized chunks
Fruit syrup (from canned fruit) 3 tablespoons
Honey (optional) 1 teaspoon

Open the canned fruit and drain it, reserving the syrup in a small bowl. Cut the fresh melon into even, bite-sized chunks.

Pour the milk into a large mixing bowl. Add the reserved fruit syrup and stir until well combined. The syrup adds natural sweetness and enhances the fruit flavor.
